Of course it would be great if it could be between 55 and 75 degrees at all times, but when things fall out of the optimal range (a situation that I'm passionate about hating), of the non-ideal extremes of temperature, WHICH DO YOU PREFER???

I can stay out a lot longer in the heat than I can in the cold.

Also, I don't have heat in my room and it is basically impossible to sleep once the temperature drops below 30.

On some levels I can see why cold is better. You can always put on MORE clothes, space heaters can actually heat a room whereas a fan can only do so much to cool a room.

But yeah, that's all theoretical, and in terms of the the actual sensations heat is a trillion times better than cold, and only a complete moron who lives in a part of the country that doesn't even get fucking frost would say otherwise.

The faggot ass moosquitoes, the brightness, the stickiness, FUCK. I basically can't be in here. It's a West-facing room too, so that late afternoon sun comes directly through and it's a complete massacre. At least cold doesn't cause my computer to overheat!

This year I'm taking goddamn preventative measures though. I'm going to cut some cardboard to my window size, put aluminum foil on that shit, and buying one of those $100 air conditioners.

I will win the war this year.

I have to, because the idea of sitting in here watching TV with this woman this summer, or sleeping next to her, is basically unthinkable. It's enough of a nightmare when it's just me.

All I have to do in the winter is turn on the heater.

You can't actually compare the two seasons if you only have either a heater/ac. Of course summer is a lot easier to manage when you have ac, idiot!
