So I was just watching "The Omid Djalili Show". He's supposed to be the most famous Iranian comedian (I think he is also the only one) in UK, and he just got his own show, and it is really fucking awful. The jokes are basically him going "allah allah allah" while the british audience laughs and then doing retarded dances.

It's possible there are untold millions of GREAT stand-up comedians who for some reason aren't very good at promoting themselves!

A guy from my class in high school is trying to become a stand-up comedian and he's so unfunny it's incredible.
