These are my guesses. Out of the closet gay guys (Jason) not included.

Most likely:

Mike Payne: He will most likely be in denial, and he wont question his disinterest in girls. But he might find a feminine looking boy, hit it off, he'd ironically say gay things to him, and take it further every day, and suddenly one day, he'll be in a relationship.

Vinny: Like Payne, he will be in denial. His ideal partner would be some cool guy. It'll start off as a man crush, and turn into something stronger, but Vinny wont admit it to himself. It might never be sexual, but Vinny will fall in love with him without him actually thinking about it in terms of love, but it will affect him, and he wont know why.

Somewhat Likely:

Chris Psaros: This relationship will go bad, he'll go back to being an "asexual", and it will remain the same until the next relationship. This could also either be male or female. Chris is very passive, so he'll just be with anyone who takes control of his situation. If its a guy, then he wont really argue, and just remold his personal ideologies to fit with the new situation.

Theldorrin: Not as likely as most of the above, but it IS possible that has so much pent up emotions within him, and if he finds the right person, of which it could be a guy, he wouldnt be able to control himself.

But, honestly, notions like homosexuality and heterosexuality are socially constructed and only exist if you buy into them. Everybody is capable sexual attraction to either sex. Anybody honest will admit that physical appearance is a factor in choosing all their friends, regardless of gender. Practically all social interaction has a sexual element.
