Akira was one of the worst movies ever made. And its production values and animation only added to that, since it just made it bad in a somber fashion (Ditto for Ghost in the Shell movie)


I dont know why there are tons of good series out there, but very few good animated movies

Akira is actually pretty good with its new translation. The old one made no sense.

The manga is amazing.
