| Ace, why do you think you're supposed to add leaves to water instead of the reverse? I agree you shouldn't use boiling water for white/green tea. |

Also teabawlz aren't a good way to make tea. There are some strategies to avoid Clotho's problem of losing tea when using them (fill the ball over the bag or tin that the tea came from; avoid filling the ball over the sink or garbage) but it's still better for the tea not to be all clumped together in a li'l ball.
Overheating tea doesn't make it less potent but it does make it bitter, especially green tea. |
