So is this album good like when Neil Young releases new albums, or is it "good" like when the Who or the Rolling Stones release a new album and a million billion boomers are like "yeah dudes, don't stop rockin!! *buys $300 concert tickets for self and 11 year old son*"

My best friend has been a GNR fan since forever and he puked all over this album for how terrible it was.

Personally, I couldn't care less about Guns N' Roses apart from both Use Your Illusion albums and Appetite for Destruction.

Their Live Era album is easily one of the best live albums ever. I don't know why I forgot about that one.

I have in fact gone to concerts for both the Who and the Rolling Stones with my dad, but the dynamic was completely different from what I described in that post.

This album is a lot more like Use Your Illusion (More balladry and every song has very orchestrated instrumentation) but it rules! Street of Dreams is very sad. Also, all the songs have the guitars constantly soloing instead of playing riffs, usually.

Brian May plays on it, as well.

Much like BigJoeMex, I have no interest in Guns n Roses albums with the notable exception of all the ones that are good.

Shit like this is the reason everyone assumes anyone new is a fake account.
