Nixon was a great president. He established trade and friendly relations with China after years of communist scare. He ended the Cold War. His foreign policy was INVINCIBLE. And he wasn't the only president to cheat his way into office. When he lost to JFK, JFK was cheating the system. It was commonplace. Nixon could have exposed him, but he didn't want to ruin the American people's faith in their government. WHAT A GOOD GUY! Other people weren't so awesome to him.

Nixon did not like Jewish people.

The "JFK election was rigged" thing is largely crap because the electoral votes elect the president and he would have been voted in anyway

We saw the same thing. Yeah, Florida was rigged, but it pretty much always is and Florida was a dumb place to contest the election because it always votes red

You're missing the point. It's not that JFK cheated or whether or not he would have been elected if he didn't cheat. Nixon didn't HAVE TO cheat when he got caught. He was by far the favorite.

It's that Nixon KNEW JFK cheated and had proof but chose not to surrendor it. All this information combined leads one to believe that polliticians ALWAYS (or at least normally) use corrupt tactics in elections, and that Nixon knew this, and that he felt it was important for the American people to NOT know this in order to preserve their faith in Democracy.

This is actually very sensible on every level. You can't expect politicians NOT to cheat. Too much is at steak. They put too much money into their campaigns NOT to jump to on a dishonest advantage if the opportunity presents itself. Nixon gets SHIT ON because he's the guy who got caught, and he COULD HAVE made JFK be the guy that got caught before that even happened, and he very graciously restrained himself. AND LOOK HOW HISTORY THANKS HIM FOR IT.

He was completely mind fucked by WWII and invented layer upon layer of secracy that ensures that we'll never know about the truth behind UFOs. On top of that, he exploded the national spending on military shit which proved to be nothing useful other than for forcing the USSR into doing the same thing. He was also a pussy and didn't have the balls to meet the aliens face-to-face.

There are some important differences between a politician using dirty tricks to get elected and the acting President using his Presidential powers to organize and cover up massive corruption.
