I don't like naming pets after things that already exist. You gotta give the pet a chance for a clean slate instead of calling it Dr. Wiley or something retarded. Also, you gotta keep in mind saying its name when you "kitty talk" to it. 90% of these names would sound terrible in kitty talk. You'd end up giving it a second name like most of Pat's cats.
