Yeah none of those games are anime enough for me so I'll be sticking to Fire Emblem Fates.

I've already accomplished my primary goal so now I guess I'll work on ending this stupid war or whatever.

Wow, I saw that they dumped Severa in there but I didn't know Tharja was tossed in as well. I would be really excited if any of the seven stores in my area had either version of the game.

Also, that statement is ridiculous. Rainbow Mika is the embodiment of anime.

The justification for having children warriors this time around is the parents go to another dimension where time moves faster than normal to pop out a baby, leave the kid there for a few days at most, then go back to pick them up when they're fully grown.

They could have called it the Hyperbolic Time Chamber and I doubt anyone would have batted an eye.

They brought that back too? What an embarrassment of riches. It's great that Type Zero lets you level your characters by doing absolutely nothing or I would be making no progress in that game. There are just so many better choices right now.

Mika's goal in life is to unveil the meaning of muscle spirit. Clearly we're thinking of different anime. Anyway, I'm doing much better with Karin and Cammy online but there's a worse problem to contend with. I'm sure the limited roster doesn't help but there's just too many fucking Ryus and it makes me want to die. It's like the Ken problem from IV all over again. I've never even seen a Bison.

Well, of course they brought the children system back.

There's actually six Awakening characters (not including DLC and amiibo shit); Severa, Owain, and Inigo are in Conquest, and "Tharja", "Gaius", and "Cordelia" are in Birthright as kids (which is why my Tharja has red hair.)

Revelations lets you use everyone outside of some shitty side character, and children are set by the father this time, so if you hook Severa up with Cordelia's father, she can basically give birth to her own mother.

I picked up the game for the PC (I think PC users can play with PS4 dudes), but I didn't play any of the betas or anything, so you'll have to give me a couple of weeks of grinding to not be shit.

So I reached pasted mission 22 on MGSV and it opened up the FOB stuff and I am overly paranoid about being invaded. I wish I could opt out completely. It makes this whole game feel dirty.

Crypt of the Necrodancer: Guitar Hero + dungeon crawling. Turns out knowing exactly how an enemy is going to move to a beat just makes any mistake you make insta-death. Even though it's pretty hard, the levels/your death are relatively short, so it's easy to get back on the proverbial bicycle. You can also replace the soundtrack with whatever you want just in case you get tired of dying to the same tree tracks over and over. grate game

Invisible Inc: I love any strategy RPG that doesn't have grinding or farming shit, and just like the previous game in this review, you will die instantly if you fuck up. The emphasis on stealth combined with only 4 open character slots and permadeath keeps the pace of the action pretty steady, something that is pretty much impossible to find in sRPGs. The only downside is that the campaign mode is only about 6 or 7 missions long before you get to the last mission/shitty ending. This was one half of a really good game.
